We offer competitive prices for worker accommodation in Jawor — the rate per whole apartment decreases for longer stays. With 4 workers per apartment the cost per person is well below hotel rates. Fully equipped: kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi — no hidden costs.

Yes — our apartments are comfortable, fully equipped flats (approx. 51–53 m²), not hotel rooms. Separate bedrooms, living room with sofa and Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Ideal for teams staying weeks or months.

We currently offer up to 8 beds at once (2 apartments, 4 people each). If your company needs more space for a larger team, get in touch — we can coordinate additional accommodation and scale the offer to your crew size.

The apartments are about 500 m from the Mercedes-Benz Jawor plant, directly adjacent to the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone (WSSE).

Our offer is aimed primarily at companies — B2B rental for employers housing their staff. We are flexible, though, and happy to discuss individual arrangements.

The minimum rental period is 7 days.

Yes. The daily rate drops by 5% for each further month of stay, up to a maximum discount of 20% from day 121 onward.

Yes, we issue VAT invoices (23%).

The refundable deposit is 1,500 PLN per apartment. If no damage is found after the rental ends, the deposit is returned promptly.

You can book via the form on our website or contact us by phone or email. We accept bank transfer and BLIK payments. After confirming your booking we issue a proforma or advance invoice.

Cleaning is not included in the rental price and is available on request. One cleaning visit costs 300 PLN net / 369 PLN gross per apartment. Each visit includes:

• Changing and laundering bed linen and towels
• Mopping and vacuuming floors throughout
• Cleaning and disinfecting the bathroom
• Cleaning the kitchen (surfaces, sink, appliances)
• Rubbish removal
• Tidying common areas

Fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, a full set of dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, and a table with chairs — the apartments are fully equipped for self-catering.

Shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror, washing machine, clothes dryer and a full set of towels — everything on-site, no need for a laundromat.

Bedrooms: beds with mattresses, a full set of bedding and pillows, and a wardrobe. Living room: sofa, coffee table, dining table with chairs — shared space to unwind after work.

Yes — the living room has a Smart TV with cable television. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, unlimited, included in the rental price.

Yes, parking for cars and vans is available with no limit. Truck (HGV) parking is arranged individually with the owner.

Keeping a pet in the apartment requires the owner's prior written consent — get in touch before booking if this applies to your team.

No — smoking tobacco and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the staircase. Please also refrain from smoking or drinking alcohol directly at the building entrance — it is a shared space for all residents.

Every apartment has the house rules posted with a QR code. Just scan it with your phone (or enter the address manually), give the apartment number, category, and description of the issue, and optionally attach a photo — the report reaches us immediately.

The bin shelter is outside the building — opposite the Kwartet Jawor wholesale store (black shelter). Colour-coded bins: yellow (plastic and metal), blue (paper), green (glass), black/grey (residual waste). Please sort your waste — required by house rules and by law.

The building is cleaned by a professional cleaning company, but we care about all residents feeling comfortable here. Please do not smoke or drink alcohol at the building entrance — it is a shared space. Sound carries on the staircase, so please keep quiet at night. These small things make a big difference — thank you for mutual respect.
